Return & Refund Policy – Queen Ethnic

At Queen Ethnic (queenethnic.com), we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy helps you with a simple and fair solution.

✔ 30-Day Return Policy

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.

1. Eligible for Return / Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Defective product
  • Size issue (exchange only, subject to availability)

Product Condition Requirements:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With original tags and packaging

Products with stains, perfume smell, damage, or signs of use will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale / Discounted items
  • Customized or altered products
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)
  • Products marked as “No Return / No Exchange”

3. Return / Exchange Request Process

  • Unboxing video (in case of damaged or wrong product)

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

Refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • Approved return product successfully received & inspected
  • Product out of stock
  • Order cancelled by us

Refund Method:

  • Online payment → refunded to original payment method
  • COD orders → refunded via Bank / UPI provided by the customer

Refund Time: 7–10 working days

5. Exchange Policy

  • Product can be exchanged for same item or different size (subject to availability)
  • If replacement is unavailable, refund will be initiated

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

7. Wrong Address / Delivery Failure

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailable, or refusal to accept delivery, shipping charges may be deducted.

8. Company Rights

Queen Ethnic reserves the right to approve or reject any return/refund request if policy conditions are not met.
